The Colinas Group, Inc., (TCG) is an employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm founded in Lakeland, Florida in April 1998 by Mark R. Stephens, P.G., P.E., and Charles S. Freed, P.E..  TCG has three offices (Lakeland, Orlando, and Sarasota) and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida.  TCG provides an array of comprehensive environmental and civil engineering consulting services.  We provide these services in a cost effective, timely manner by our licensed professionals, each of which have provided these services for more than 30 years. 

  

A personal, common sense approach that provides innovative solutions is the hallmark of the TCG professionals.  Each maintains a good rapport with regulatory agencies and TCG’s professional staff has developed an excellent reputation in the fields of civil engineering, hydrogeology, geology, hydrology, and environmental engineering.
